While the City encourages our customers to Go Green by participating in our paperless billing & payments, we offer a variety of payment options. Staff provides lobby service on the 2nd floor of the City Hall Annex, 126 Harvey Street, or by telephone and email. Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is also a drop box available for your convenience or after hour service.
Notice: Temporary Issue with Online Portal Access
We are currently experiencing a technical issue where verification emails are not being received by users trying to access many of our online portals. As a result, customers may be unable to log in and use our online services at this time. This issue is affecting business tax receipts, code compliance, building and utility billing. We are actively working with our vendor to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience.
