The Billing and Collections division is responsible for the billing and collection of the City’s utilities fees and charges as well as processing lot mowing program exemptions. Specifically, the division processes payments for water, wastewater and sanitation services, utility impact fees and other service charges, and meter installation. The City’s utility service area includes just over 12,700 meters. Customers are billed in one of three monthly billing cycles.

While the City encourages our customers to Go Green by participating in our paperless billing & payments, we offer a variety of payment options. Staff provides lobby service on the 2^nd floor of the City Hall Annex, 126 Harvey Street, or by telephone and email. Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is also a drop box available for your convenience or after hour service.

As a result, customers may be unable to log in and use our online services at this time. This issue is affecting business tax receipts, code compliance, building and utility billing.
